  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • Optional: a pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring almond milk to a gentle boil.
  2. Add the rolled oats and reduce heat to low.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and cinnamon (if using).
