  • 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 small red velvet cake, crumbled into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Transfer the nice cream into serving bowls.
  4. Top each bowl with crumbled red velvet cake pieces, fresh raspberries, chia seeds, and dark chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or freeze for 30 minutes for a firmer consistency.
