  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic sauce over them, turning to coat well.
  4. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, basting with sauce halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy.
  5. For extra sticky glaze, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end, watching carefully to avoid burning.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
