Deliciously rich and creamy shaped Oreo truffles that are perfect for parties or as a sweet treat, combining crushed Oreos and cream cheese coated with chocolate.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate, melted
  • Food coloring (optional, for coating)
  • Sprinkles or decorations (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls or desired shapes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the shaped balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  6. Optionally add food coloring to the melted chocolate for colorful coatings.
  7. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated, then place back onto the parchment paper.
  8. Decorate with sprinkles or other toppings while the chocolate is still wet.
  9. Refrigerate truffles until the chocolate coating is set, about 15 minutes before serving.
