Loaded Big Mac Sliders

These Loaded Big Mac Sliders bring the iconic flavors of the classic Big Mac into a fun, bite-sized sandwich, perfect for parties or a hearty snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 12 dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and lightly oil it.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 12 equal portions and shape into thin patties slightly larger than the slider buns.
  3. Season patties with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook patties on the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  5. Place half slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  6. Lightly toast the slider buns on the skillet until golden.
  7. Spread Thousand Island dressing on the bottom half of each bun.
  8. Layer with lettuce, onion, a cheesy beef patty, and pickle slices. Top with the bun crown.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy your loaded Big Mac sliders!

Notes

For an extra crunch, add a few slices of crispy bacon or swap cheddar cheese for American cheese to mimic the classic Big Mac flavor.
