Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

Succulent chicken thighs glazed with a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, perfect for a quick and flavorful dinner.

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic sauce over them, coating evenly.
  4. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until chicken is cooked through and skin is caramelized, basting occasionally with the sauce.
  5. Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce before baking. Serve with steamed rice or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
