Crockpot Buffalo Wings

Tender, spicy Crockpot Buffalo Wings simmered to perfection and coated in a tangy homemade buffalo sauce, perfect for game day or a flavorful snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken wings, tips removed
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder to make the buffalo sauce.
  3. Place wings in the crockpot and pour half of the buffalo sauce over them; toss to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until wings are fully cooked and tender.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, toss wings with the remaining buffalo sauce to coat them evenly and let the flavors meld.
  6. Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side, if desired.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, briefly broil the cooked wings in the oven for 3-5 minutes before tossing with the remaining sauce.
