Crock Pot Angel Chicken

A tender and flavorful slow-cooked chicken dish infused with creamy angel sauce, perfect for an easy and comforting meal.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
  3. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  5. About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the chicken, then cover to melt the cheese.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with steamed vegetables or over cooked rice for a complete meal; for extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the cream mixture.
