  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips evenly.
  7. Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared skillet.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set but still soft.
  9. Let the skillet cookie cool slightly before serving warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
