2 cups cooked shredded chicken
½ cup buffalo wing sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon salt
12 small flour tortillas
Cooking spray or oil for brushing
Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
Warm the flour tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla near one edge.
Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Lightly brush or spray each taquito with cooking oil to help them crisp up.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

For extra crispiness, serve with celery sticks and a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
