Breakfast Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or diced ham
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until softly scrambled. Remove from heat.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs onto the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Top with cooked sausage or ham and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  7. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end and place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute sausage with sautéed mushrooms or spinach. Serve warm with a side of fresh fruit or salsa for added freshness.
